I hate Amazon. I hate their grotesque size and power. I hate what they’ve done to my high street. I hate… Uh… “What’s that?”. “We’ve run out of peanut butter?”. “OK - I’ll order some on Prime - it’ll be here tomorrow”.
Right. Sorry about that. 😳 Where was I? Oh yes - Amazon. They are THE WORST! 😡
- You get my point.
I can’t be the only hypocrite who publicly laments the closure of a local store, only to continue shopping with Amazon.
Despite our best intentions to shop elsewhere, the human race still took delivery of over 7.7 billion Amazon parcels last year. That’s a lot of parcels! I quite like some of them TBH - especially the A1 & A3 envelopes (pictured). Unlike the corrugated cardboard packages, these are made from solid kraft paperboard - great for doodling on with a Biro. Actually I like them so much, I can’t bring myself to put them in the recycling. With some additional help from friends collecting them too, I’ve amassed quite a pile of Amazon delivery envelopes this year.
Why? I’m glad you asked! The answer is, Warp-Face is re-purposing them for a seasonal project, for charity, to be revealed in the very near future.
